Bill Schoonveld - Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. President
Bill was born in Groningen, the Netherlands, and moved to West Michigan as a teenager. After spending several years as a self-employed contractor, Bill joined Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. in 1978. He held various positions at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., including Field Superintendent, General Superintendent and Vice President, prior to 2005, when he became the seventh President in the company’s 119 year history. As President, Bill oversees the overall Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. operations.
Bill is Chairman of the Wayland Union Educational Enrichment Foundation Board of Directors, Member of the Greater Grand Rapids – YMCA Board of Directors, Member of the West Michigan Minority Contractors Association and serves on the Executive Advisory Committee, Past Member of The Associated Builders and Contractors National Board of Directors, Eight year teacher of Junior Achievement at St. Jude Catholic School, Past President of the Western Michigan Associated Builders and Contractors Board of Directors, Past President of the Hopkins Public Schools Board of Education, Past Member of the Allegan County Intermediate School District Board of Education and Past Mentor for the Grand Rapids Public Schools HOST Program.

Kevin Donovan - Muskegon Construction Company President
Named President in 2006, Kevin Donovan, LEED A.P., has been with Muskegon Construction Company for the past 14 years and his extensive construction experience dates back to 1979. Donovan is a licensed residential builder with a degree in Building Construction Technology from Ferris State University. In addition to many community activities, Donovan is a member of the Muskegon Public Schools Board of Education. He also serves as Vice President of the West Michigan Construction Alliance, President of the Muskegon Irish American Society. He is an AGC Safety & Health committee member, a Paul Harris fellow and member of the Muskegon Rotary Club in addition to serving as the Chairman of the Construction Codes Board of Appeals for the City of Muskegon.

Dave Dale - Owen-Ames-Kimball Company President
Since joining Owen-Ames-Kimball's Southwest Florida operations in 1989, Dave Dale has brought innovative solutions to the job site and to the management roles he has held. From job site superintendent, Dale was promoted to general superintendent in 1995 and then to vice president of operations in 1997. In 2007, he was promoted to company president, only the second person to hold that position since Florida operations were established in 1982. Dale holds a Florida Class A General Contractor license, Florida roofing license and a commercial pilot license. He serves his community as a Rotarian, a board member of Habitat for Humanity Lee County, FL and is a board member and president of the Construction Specifications Institute, Southwest Florida Chapter.
