Our founding employees laid a path of hard work and integrity that our company follows today. We have put those beliefs in writing and they are the solid basis for our company operations.

HUMBLE
O-A-K has earned the trust of countless clients, many of whom we have worked with for decades. We don’t maintain such long-term relationships as these without checking our egos at the door and putting our client’s best interests before our own on a continual basis. There is no “I” in TEAM, and we live by the Harry Truman philosophy that there is no limit to what can be accomplished when it doesn’t matter who gets the credit.

DRIVEN
We take a “roll-up-our-sleeves” approach to all aspects of our construction projects. We do whatever it takes to get the job completed on time and within budget, while focusing on the overall client experience. We accomplish this through diligence in our work and honesty with the entire team from the onset of each project. We tell our clients what they need to know, not just what they want to hear, and we provide the data to back it up. This approach proves risky at times, but integrity always trumps congeniality.

FRESH
We employ intelligent people with an eagerness to learn. That is, we hire based on aptitude and attitude and train for skills. Because each of our construction projects are inarguably unique, it is essential that we are prepared, disciplined and resourceful at all times. We know how to ask tough questions and we seek continuous improvement.
