Owen-Ames-Kimball Company launches online diamond anniversary contest in recognition of 30 years in business

FORT MYERS, FLa. (March 29, 2012) – Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K), a general contracting, design-build and construction management firm in Southwest Florida, is kicking off its 30^th “diamond” anniversary celebration with a “Digging for Diamonds” contest. O-A-K is inviting the public and its clients to participate in an online trivia contest to test their knowledge of the company’s 30-year history. Participants with the correct answers will be eligible to win prizes, including an iPad, iPod or a $100 Visa gift card.

“We invite our clients and the public to ‘dig’ into O-A-K’s website where they will find the answers to questions about our company, our projects and our people.” says O-A-K president Dave Dale. “The contest is a fun, interactive way to involve the community in our diamond anniversary celebration and to recognize the more than 1,000 projects that the company has completed over the course of 30 years in Southwest Florida.”

to find the questions. New questions about the company will be posted on these sites every few days, from now until midnight on April 29. The answers to the questions can be found on the O-A-K website at www.owen-ames-kimball.com. Participants can answer more than one question to be entered into the drawing multiple times, however, just one answer per participant will be accepted into the drawing. Participants are asked to email their answers to:  contestentry@oakfl.com.

The contest drawing will take place on Monday, April 30.  The company will notify winners directly and prizes can be picked up at the company’s Southwest Florida headquarters at 11941 Fairway Lakes Drive in Fort Myers by May 31st. Employees and family members of O-A-K and its affiliates are not eligible to participate or win.
