The corporate culture at Muskegon Construction Company is to encourage involvement in our local community and the communities in which we work. We work regionally and believe it is important for our managers and superintendents to be within a reasonable distance of their homes for the work we pursue and in which we engage. That means our livelihood depends primarily on the work we generate in our local communities. It also means that we give back to the communities in which we work, both financially and with other resources. That’s why you will find members of our staff on local school boards, on non-profit boards such as Hospice and transitional housing programs, on public boards such as workforce development and chamber of commerce. We participate in other community forums and local organizations such as Junior Achievement, career promotion and minority efforts – all in an effort to improve the communities in which we live, play and work. |
