This project included a new soccer/tennis complex, major phased additions and renovations to Holland High School, West K-7 School and Jefferson K-7 School.

Project scope for the High School included: new soccer & tennis complex, demolition of multiple sections of the existing facility; a 10-12 classroom wing addition; an 8th-9th grade classroom addition; a cafeteria addition; an administration addition; a new entryway; new music rooms; and a geothermal heating and cooling system. This portion of the project made up approximately $30 million of the total work.

Project scope for West K-7 School included: electrical upgrades; plumbing upgrades; roof replacement; carpet replacement; addition of natural light to the interior spaces; new HVAC heating and cooling system; new thermo pane windows; new restrooms, secure entry addition; track surface replacement and; replacement of clock & phone system.

Project scope for Jefferson K-7 School included: a four-classroom addition; an academic addition for band, orchestra and choir; carpet replacement; secure entry addition; new HVAC heating and cooling system and; replacement of clock & phone system.

Construction Management services were provided by our joint venture team: G.O. CONSTRUCTION, composed of Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. and GDK Construction.
