The three-story “Turn Key” Class A office building with a two-story atrium, wooden staircase, stained wood wainscot, crown molding & chair railing has exterior brick veneer and a copper roof. Interior space is divided between offices, conference rooms, computer room, networked plot rooms and employee lounge. The project included surveying office, storage facility, an emergency generator and underground LP tank, renovated parking lot with new drainage system and on-site retention basin/filter marsh. Below the plaque on the benchmark in the lobby floor there is a time capsule containing items from the company's first 60 years in Southwest Florida. The capsule is scheduled to be opened during the company's centennial celebration in 2046.
