    Job responsibilities include:

    We are seeking an experienced accounting executive to assist the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing the accounting/finance operations in our Grand Rapids headquarters, Colorado, and Florida offices.

    Responsibilities

    • Management of O‑A‑K Accounting personnel
    • Manage day-to-day financial activities – including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    • Oversight of Payroll – multi-state
    • Tax Administration - Quarterly Payroll Taxes, State, City, Sales Tax, and Federal Tax filings
    • Work-in-Process – review and provide key insight into Job Profitability and Forecasting
    • Complete Job Cost Analysis
    • Ensure Contracts and Change Orders are processed accurately and timely.
