As Construction Manager for the Page Field Airport South Quadrant Hangars and Ramps Phase 1 project, O‑A‑K led the comprehensive redevelopment of the airport’s south quadrant to meet current demands and support the long-term growth of general aviation at Page Field.
The project included rehabilitation of existing aircraft ramps and taxi lanes, demolition of outdated infrastructure, and the new construction of nine T-hangars and box hangars, a modern General Aviation Center (GAC), a dedicated restroom facility, and an outdoor pavilion. In total, the work encompassed more than 1,000,000 square feet of paving and site improvements across a 25-acre active airfield.
Construction was executed while maintaining full airport operations, requiring close coordination with the Lee County Port Authority and strict adherence to aviation safety standards and protocols. Hangar construction was completed, allowing tenant occupancy and aircraft operations to proceed on schedule.
