Completed in 2011, this project was designed and constructed in two separate phases while the office building remained fully operational.
Phase I included renovations of existing first floor restrooms and office areas, new exterior siding/windows on both the first and second floors and a new lobby and employee entrance area.
Phase II included renovating the remaining first floor office area, installing a structural mezzanine for additional second floor office areas, and constructing a full service cafeteria and seating area, including an atrium and roof skylights.
O-A-K provided both Design and Construction services for this $5.9 million project. This marks one of several projects our firm has overseen at Amway over the past three decades.
