Construction Management program for forty-four branch bank buildings throughout Florida. 16 were constructed by O-A-K in the Southwest and West counties and 28 were constructed using companies local to sites in the South, Central and Panhandle areas. The program started with assisting in site selection and space planning, review and evaluation of real estate agreements, inspections, coordination of design and permit phase as well as master scheduling and budgeting. Coordination and management of the construction phase included site inspections and local sub-trade bidding processes. Project closeouts were performed.
