Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is proud to announce the hire of Nancy Johnson as the firm's first Chief People Officer.

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. has been named a recipient of the 2026 Southwest Florida INCredible Award, recognizing businesses that excel in their industries while making a meaningful impact through community leadership and service.

The new LaBelle High School represents a $123 million investment and will include a state-of-the-art, 220,000-square-foot campus designed to serve approximately 1,500 students. O-A-K, the school district, students and community members celebrated the groundbreaking of the new LaBelle High School on Tuesday, April 28, marking a significant milestone in the future of education in Hendry County.

Owen-Ames-Kimball is in the final stretch of construction on the 31,000-square-foot expansion of Cape Coral Technical College, located in Cape Coral. The Cape Tech project represents the first major addition to the campus since it opened in 1993.

Construction is underway on Castle Rock Fire Station 156 and a new Logistics Center, a project that will strengthen emergency response and support services for one of Colorado’s fastest-growing communities.

Taylor Sawatzky brings extensive experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and community-focused development to the YMCA board. In his role at Owen‑Ames‑Kimball, he plays a key part in advancing business development initiatives and strengthening relationships across Southwest Florida.

Jim Hopper, who joined O‑A‑K in 2025 as Regional Vice President for Florida operations, has been named President of the Florida Division. He succeeds Matthew Zwack, who has served as President since 2020 and will move into a newly created role as Senior Director of Client Relations, where he will continue to support strategic initiatives, client relationships, and community partnerships.

Owen-Ames-Kimball (O-A-K) has started construction on the new Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) Fort Collins Service Center. This project will bring together regional CPW administration and operations into one integrated campus.
