Construction is underway on Castle Rock Fire Station 156 and a new Logistics Center, a project that will strengthen emergency response and support services for one of Colorado’s fastest-growing communities.

Owen-Ames-Kimball (O-A-K) has started construction on the new Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) Fort Collins Service Center. This project will bring together regional CPW administration and operations into one integrated campus.

Owen-Ames-Kimball recently celebrated the completion of the State of Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s new Toxicology Lab, a project led by Project Manager Juan Martinez Jr. and Senior Superintendent Juan Martinez Sr.

The 1,300 sf addition enhances the school’s capacity and creates valuable community spaces. Designed with flexibility in mind, the new areas support collaboration, meetings, and hands-on learning. Inside, the addition includes three offices, a reception area, and a secure vestibule with an advanced access control system for increased safety.
