Adrienne Tuck serves as the Director of Strategic Development for O-A-K Colorado, where she combines relationship-driven business development with a passion for building strong, connected communities. A graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Journalism and Political Science, she has built her career helping architecture, engineering, and construction teams grow with clarity, collaboration, and purpose. Adrienne leads strategic growth initiatives across the Front Range, drawing on her background in storytelling, organizational development, and market expansion. She is the board chair for the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute and has held multiple leadership roles across the industry, including leading the AGC Colorado South and SMPS Southern Colorado committees and serving on the Atlas Preparatory School board.
One of my most meaningful projects was serving as the owner’s representative for Atlas Preparatory School’s new elementary campus, a responsibility I volunteered for during my seven years on the school board. Atlas Prep serves some of the most under-resourced students in our community, and it was important to me that their new school offered the same kind of light-filled, student-centered, high-performing learning environments found in any campus across town. Guiding the leadership team through the full design and construction process saved $130,000—funds we reinvested directly into the student experience—and helped deliver a new school and gymnasium serving 300 students for $12 million, roughly half the typical cost of similar facilities. This project reflects our commitment to community, stewardship, and ensuring that thoughtful design creates real opportunities for kids.
