Starting as an assistant superintendent at O‑A‑K in 1996, Stanek is now the eighth CEO in the company’s 132-year history. He has earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University, obtains licenses as a Professional Engineer and General Contractor in Michigan, and holds certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional and Continuous Improvement Management Professional (CIMP).
