O‑A‑K Welcomes 8 New Employees

(Grand Rapids, MI) May 19, 2021 – Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Co. (O‑A‑K), local professional construction firm, announces the additions of Trevor Anderson, Matthew Gamalski, James Griffith, Josiah Kozicki, Alyssa Rigley, Bob Serba, Matthew Stoll, Jeremy Taylor, and Chris Tobin.

Trevor Anderson, Project Superintendent, has 23 years of experience working in various roles in the construction industry. He is also OSHA 10-Hour Certified.

Matthew Gamalski, Project Superintendent, has six years of experience in the construction industry, managing projects ranging from $5-78 million. He holds a B.S. degree in construction management from Northern Michigan University. He is also OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certified.

James Griffith, Project Superintendent, proudly served in the United States Naval Construction Force for 24 years. During that time, he led and supervised the construction of multiple humanitarian, military, and government projects across 14 countries worldwide.

Josiah Kozicki, Assistant Project Superintendent, has 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He is OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certified and certified in operating aerial lifts. Josiah volunteers at a local church serving food to over 100 families a week.

Alyssa Rigley, Administrative Assistant, joins O‑A‑K’s Grand Rapids office team. She has over five years of experience and an extensive background in team building and human resources. She also volunteers for Adopt-a-Highway.

Matthew Stoll, Project Superintendent, has 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Matt has a degree in construction management from Michigan State University. He is also OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certified, a Certified Renovator and Home Inspector, and a licensed builder. In his free time, he coaches youth basketball and leads a men’s small group.

Jeremy Taylor, Estimator, joins O‑A‑K’s Grand Rapids office team. He has over 30 years of experience in construction, working in multiple roles including Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator. Jeremy is ASHE Certified, OSHA 10-Hour Certified ,and CDT Certified.

Chris Tobin, Project Superintendent, joins O‑A‑K with 27 years of experience in the construction industry. He is OSHA 10-Hour Certified, and also a Lieutenant on the Woodland Township Fire Department.
