Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K), a premier general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, has announced the appointment of Ahmad Kynard as a project manager in the company’s Fort Myers office. Kynard is managing The Heights Early Learning and Education Center construction.
Kynard has more than 15 years of experience in project management and engineering services. He has comprehensive knowledge of new construction, commissioning, maintenance plan advising, cost estimation and budgeting. He most recently worked for a building materials company in Fort Myers and prior to that, as a project manager for Atlas Energy Group in Toledo, Ohio.
Kynard has a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
