Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Florida Promotes Alesha Watchowski to Senior Project Manager

Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K), a preeminent general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, has announced the promotion of Alesha Watchowski to senior project manager.

Watchowski joined O‑A‑K in 2014 as a project manager assistant and was promoted to project manager in 2017. She specializes in K-12 construction, renovations, broadcasting and media, government and safety-sensitive projects. Watchowski has been responsible for high-profile projects for the School District of Lee County, Fort Myers Broadcasting Company, the Diocese of Venice, Rasmussen University, Charlotte County Public Schools, Lee County Government, Lee County Port Authority, Chico's F.A.S., Habitat for Humanity, and Florida SouthWestern State College.

Watchowski graduated cum laude with both an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. She is a member of the Sigma Lambda Chi International Construction Honors Society. Watchowski was honored as a recipient of Gulfshore Business magazine’s 2021 40 Under 40. She is an O‑A‑K shareholder.
