Completed in 2023, this 1,300 sf addition to the school integrated new HVAC and electrical systems, housing three offices, a reception area, and a secured vestibule with an advanced access control system for safety. This addition was structurally distinct from the existing building, necessitating custom expansion joints for the roof and walls. Despite Colorado's wettest spring, the project managed to progress smoothly, mitigating the effects of adverse weather conditions on construction.
