Matt Hulswit

Lead Project Manager

After earning Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, Matt worked as an Assistant Crew Leader with Mile High Youth Corps, a non-profit helping youth ages 16 to 24 develop hands-on job skills. That experience sparked his interest in commercial construction, leading him to pursue a third Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Known for his strong aptitude and positive attitude, Matt brings energy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to every project.

Why did you choose the construction industry?

Like many in the industry, I’ve always appreciated watching an idea evolve into something physical. I find a great deal of satisfaction in being part of the team that makes it all happen.

What can you say about our clients over the years?

Our clients are the best, and I value building meaningful partnerships, taking the time to understand their priorities, and helping turn those goals into reality. While construction brings its challenges, it’s also an enjoyable and rewarding process.

What do you do in your free time?

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time at our cabin, fishing or fly fishing whenever I can, cooking on my Weber grill, staying active, playing with my black lab, and going on adventures with my family.

Who is your favorite singer/band?

Hard to pick, but Arcade Fire is definitely on heavy rotation.
