The two-story, tilt-wall constructed building provides space for IT operations, server room, medical offices, break room, drug storage area/pharmacy, walk-in cooler, support personnel space, conference rooms, and managing physician offices. The project allowed for consolidation of multiple offices for Florida’s largest privately held oncology practice. A natural gas generator for 100% emergency power was installed mainly used to keep medical equipment and pharmaceuticals at correct tempuratures during an electrical outage.
