This fast-track project involved the relocation of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport’s TSA offices from the upper floor of the main concourse to a new 4,750 sf space underneath the A-level concourse. The project included converting the raw space into a finished office, break area, and training center for all Grand Rapids-based TSA agents. O‑A‑K coordinated between the airport facilities and TSA’s national security team to verify compliance with all Department of Homeland security standards. Additional airport conference space was also completed as part of the project.
