Built for Advanced Testing and Innovation

Prein&Newhof built a new $6.8 million, 12,500 sf water laboratory to meet growing market demand and provide a modern, efficient environment for employees and specialized testing equipment. The facility houses approximately 60 testing devices, each with unique requirements for water, DI water, lab gases, drains, and exhaust.

In addition to laboratory areas, the building includes office space, field equipment storage, and equipment cleaning areas for P&N staff. The project required careful coordination of complex MEP systems, including connections to lab benches not located along walls, and multiple bid packages to maintain the project schedule.
