The new 21,000 sf facility replaced the Country Club’s 40 year old 16,000 sf clubhouse and includes a 70-seat full-service restaurant, cart barn, pro shop, sandwich shop, swimming pool and spa, administrative offices, a banquet/entertainment hall seating 400, community kitchen, card room, fitness center, billiards room, library and computer room. The new outdoor swimming pool and spa include two lap lanes and a large area for water aerobics. New to the clubhouse is the Sand Bar, a unique outdoor seating area with bar and food service. A new guardhouse at the property entry was also constructed.
