Kasper brings 40 years of extensive construction experience to his role, from his beginnings as a laborer to advanced positions such as project manager, director of procurement, senior project manager, and senior estimator. He has managed projects ranging from $10 million to $100 million across commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors.

Since joining O‑A‑K, Kasper has led the bidding process for high-profile projects including The Collier County Sheriff's Forensics Building ($68 million), The Heights CareerTech Institute ($32 million), and The Gateway Administration Building ($8 million). He is also an active participant in O‑A‑K’s mentoring program, supporting the professional growth of new employees.
Before joining O‑A‑K, Kasper served as a senior project manager for a nationally-recognized general contracting and construction management firm, where he led the complete retrofit and expansion of 210,000 square feet of retail space. His career also includes significant roles in senior construction management in New Jersey and New York, overseeing large-scale hotel, educational facility and multi-family projects.
Kasper is proficient in leading industry software tools, including Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, and Plan Hub, enhancing his ability to manage projects efficiently.
