O-A-K partnered with Inland Lakes Schools to deliver $15.1 million in bond improvements across the district’s elementary and secondary schools in Indian River.
Students helped break ground in June 2025, and the work was phased over two summers.
At the elementary school, upgrades focused on safety and site improvements, along with a new inclusive playground for younger students.
At the secondary school, crews renovated classrooms and interiors, improved roofing and exteriors, and gave the high school gym new paneling and an updated exterior.
The district also invested in career and technical education, with renovated spaces and new equipment for PowerSports and Construction Trades.
Project Scope:
O-A-K led the project, working closely with C2AE and district leadership. The district celebrated the completed work with a ribbon cutting on August 27, 2026.
