This fast-track renovation project for the City of Holland was completed in an open and operational public building. With a scheduled timeline of 18-weeks, meticulous upfront planning was needed to ensure materials and supplies were on site when needed, eliminating downtime. In addition, to minimize disruption to staff and the public, the project team had to be cautious of sound and dust control, and coordinated material deliveries during off-times. The newly renovated space features offices for roughly 30 employees.
