The reconstruction & rehabilitation of Runway 9/27 at the Immokalee Regional Airport included the extension of Taxiway B to the new threshold of Runway 27 and the construction of Taxiway B-1 to the threshold of Runway 9.

Other components of the project were the installation of runway edge and threshold lighting, mandatory signage, new homerun cables and regulator for Runway 9/27 lighting circuit as well as improvements to the runway safety area, minor grading, and drainage improvements.
