Known as "Academic V", this three-story teaching/learning facility contains multiple classrooms as well as a 180 seat amphitheater style classroom. University faculty and executive offices are also located in the building. Walkways were constructed connecting the building to "Academic III" building. It is tied to a chilled water system.
