This renovation project included refurbishing select first and second floor spaces of Au Sable Hall, an existing classroom and faculty office building at the GVSU Campus in Allendale, Michigan. Refurbished space includes approximately 21,200 gross square feet of classrooms, faculty offices, and general support and connecting spaces.

Scope included new flooring, new paint, updated fixtures and building reconfigurations to accommodate a new stairway and hall for improved building circulation.

The project is seeking LEED Certified certification (version 2009). It required adherence to a very tight three-month timeline in the summer of 2014.
