The early learning facility was designed for pre-K students as an education and care installation. The interior has over 20 classrooms, each with it's own restroom and many with a 'short' door for the students right next to the full sized door for the teachers. The remaining space contains administrative offices, lunchroom with kitchen and library. A sitting garden with trellis and outdoor play area are on site.
