O-A-K partnered with Zeeland Public Schools to deliver new weight rooms, two turf fields, and a 16-court tennis complex for Zeeland East and Zeeland West High Schools.

At Zeeland East, O-A-K added roughly 4,000 sf to the weight room, upgrading it with state-of-the-art equipment.

At Zeeland West, a previously multi-use space was renovated into a dedicated weight room with an adjoining indoor turf area for year-round practice.

District-wide, two new turf fields now support soccer and lacrosse, and a new tennis complex adds 16 post-tension concrete courts, split evenly between the two schools, with shaded gathering areas and on-site restrooms.

The project scope included:

• Weight room addition (~4,000 sf) at Zeeland East
• New strength and conditioning equipment at both high schools
• Renovated multi-purpose training space with indoor turf at Zeeland West
• Two outdoor turf fields for soccer and lacrosse
• 16 post-tension concrete tennis courts (8 per school)
• Shaded gathering areas and restrooms at the tennis complex

O-A-K led the project through Construction Management, working closely with Tower Pinkster and district leadership to bring new opportunity to students at both schools.
