The new terminal building area is 6,200 sf and consists of a pilot lounge, shower & restroom, office space, and will eventually include a restaurant.

The terminal threshold the building is adjacent to was completed by O‑A‑K a few months earlier. Additional work included infrastructure, sidewalks and landscaping.
