O‑A‑K opened its new corporate headquarters at 126 Ottawa Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI, just steps from the original 1891 office. Construction on the new headquarters began in August 2024 to support the company's continued growth. O‑A‑K originally built this building in the 1950s, making its return a historic milestone.

The new headquarters span floors four through six, with a seventh-floor community space. Designed with O‑A‑K's people in mind, the building features abundant natural light, live greenery, and warm wood finishes. This renovation celebrates O‑A‑K's deep roots in Grand Rapids while creating a modern workspace built for the next century.
