Recognizing staff and members’ needs for more flexible and collaborative workspaces, Grand Rapids Chamber added 5,000 sf to its existing offices at 250 Monroe. During construction, the team worked to ensure that the addition blended in seamlessly with the existing facility. The new space includes nine meeting rooms, a coffee bar, a recording studio, and more. In addition, the new rooms feature updated, more user-friendly technology.
