Located at East Paris and M6, the new O‑A‑K Operations Center began construction in November 2021 in response to company growth. The new multi-functional facility serves as a center for field operations, office and meeting space, and an employee training and development center.

Scope includes:

• Training room with 8-panel monitor
• Mezzanine workspace with individual workstations
• Office spaces
• Storage space for construction tools/materials
