This five-phase project involved centralizing the work and lab space for both the genomics and flow-cytometry core teams.

Project scope:

• A build-out of unfinished building shell space for the core lab team, consisting of approximately 8,500 sf of office and support space and 12,000 sf of lab space;
• Private and open office spaces, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and a community kitchen and break area;
• Lab space with approximately ten individual, highly sensitive lab and research areas.
