Completed in December 2020, this project transformed the first two floors of the Van Andel Institute’s building located at 234 Division Ave. This historical building renovation serves as the new home for students attending the Van Andel Institute graduate program.

Project scope included:

• Student works stations
• Collaboration spaces for studying and group work
• A feature wood wall on both the first and second floors
• Open ceilings
• Secure entrances
• Handicap accessible bathrooms with automatic door opening technology
• The Dean’s office, located on the first floor
