Construction Management for a K-12 addition and gym roof serving Buckley Community Schools, adding modern classroom, cafeteria, and multipurpose spaces.

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. served as Construction Manager for the K-12 building improvements and addition at Buckley Community Schools in Buckley, Michigan, working alongside architect and engineer C2AE. The project expanded and modernized learning spaces for the district, adding a new multipurpose room and cafeteria expansion, along with dedicated classrooms for art, music, technology, and CNC instruction. Work also included a new large gym roof, site and utility improvements, and a new septic system serving the addition.

From structural steel and masonry through interior finishes and final closeout, the O-A-K team coordinated a wide range of trades to deliver spaces built to serve Buckley students for decades to come.
