This new, two-story 4/5 elementary building, located adjacent to the middle school, high school, and aquatics center, provides educational equity, increases parent and bus drop-off efficiency, and increases instructional engagement by minimizing lost time due to staff traveling between buildings.

Project scope included:

• State-of-the-art, flexible learning spaces;
• Observational-learning design with abundant natural light;
• Added visitor and event parking for the district;
• A new playground;
• Modern furnishings and technology improvements.

This project was part of an overall $29.75 million bond project, passed in 2017.
