Driven by increased enrollment and operational funding resources, Woodcliff Early Childhood Center received a new 11,000-square-foot addition and renovation. The project added five new classrooms and a community room, allowing the existing gym, which was previously used as a classroom, to be restored to its intended function. Classrooms and community spaces received technology improvements and were designed to maximize natural light and provide expanded views of the outdoors, while new furniture and finishes enhanced the learning environment.
Additionally, the project included two sidewalk snowmelt systems, a rooftop photovoltaic array, and the replacement of all mechanical units in the existing classrooms.
