Completed in 2021, this two-phase project was strategically scheduled around the school’s athletic schedule.

Phase 1 projects (Nov. 2019 - August 2020):

• A resurfaced track
• A new ticket booth, located in the middle of the main entrance
• A new concession building, including a visitors locker room and bathroom
• A new scoreboard
• Pole vault area

Phase 2 projects (November 2020 - August 2021):

• Expanded home bleachers
• A new press box
• A team room located behind the bleachers featuring home team locker rooms, bathrooms, a room for officials, storage space, and auxiliary rooms

The entire project was part of Forest Hills Public Schools’ $130 million bond program, passed in 2018. O‑A‑K is providing construction management services for all projects.
