1950s School Replacement Build

Approximately $48.7 million of the bond dollars are dedicated to construction that will replace the 1950s portion of the high school, which accounts for about 75-80 percent of the current structure. The school remained occupied and operational throughout construction, requiring extensive safety planning, scheduling and communication. Additional renovations will be completed at Shetler Elementary and Fruitport Middle School.

This project was completed under the $50 million bond program was passed by the Fruitport Community in 2016. O‑A‑K worked closely with the district and TowerPinkster to develop the bond program and provide preconstruction services.
