Where Design Meets Hospitality

Reimagining a Community Landmark

O-A-K completed a $9 million renovation of Hope College's rebranded Haworth Hotel in June 2021, transforming it into a design destination for the surrounding Holland, Michigan community. The multi-phase project included a renovation of all guest rooms and conference spaces, a rebuilt lobby, and a full-service coffee shop. The facility features over 10,000 square feet of meeting space with 13 conference rooms accommodating up to 400 guests, 48 guest rooms showcasing Haworth products, touchdown workspaces, and social spaces throughout. Award-winning Milan-based architect Patricia Urquiola led the design, made possible through a gift from Haworth.
