Part of a $144 million bond program, passed in 2015, this project featured the demolition and reconstruction of a new athletic events complex for Portage Central. Featured in the new complex, McClamley Field, pays homage to the former stadium as its namesake.

The project scope included:

• The demolition and construction of a new football stadium,
• New soccer fields,
• Renovation of existing team buildings,
• Concessions and restrooms, and
• Expansive plaza / sitework.
