This extensive renovation project was completed in six phases, between April 2019 to August 2020, while the building remained occupied. Each stage was carefully planned to maximize summer-work productivity and minimize disruption to the school.

The project was part of a $144 million bond program passed by Portage residents in 2015. O‑A‑K provided construction management services for all projects in the program.
