At O‑A‑K, we believe that “building the best experience” goes beyond the physical work on construction sites. Someone who exemplifies this ideal is Project Superintendent Steve McCaskey, who was recently honored with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Allegan Area ESA’s Board of Education for going above and beyond his construction duties. While on-site renovating Hillside Learning Center, Steve put O‑A‑K values into action, from willingly taking a pie to the face to actively participating in community events like Water Day and Thanksgiving lunch, and even spreading joy dressed as Santa Claus. Through these actions, Steve has become an integral part of the Allegan Areas ESA community.
