This was an extremely fast-track project funded through three different sources. Design was released in August 2011, construction began in September and was completed in December 2011.

When Amway discovered in late June that the production line was going to change its material sourcing in late December, a change in the delivery path was necessary. This resulted in the design and construction of a new rail spur from an existing rail line and building a 12,000 sf warehouse with a protected material transfer station. Scope also included installation of a pump station and dedicated food-grade piping system within the existing production facility and parking expansion.
