This 10,700-square-foot law office build-out features a modern work space with 30 private offices, flexible conference rooms, a large lobby and break room, and spectacular views of downtown Grand Rapids.

As you enter the suite, you are welcomed by a custom floor-to-ceiling art installation that celebrates the building’s history. The entry space also includes a centrally-located break room, complete with contemporary finishes, open shelving, and flexible seating to accommodate small and large group gatherings.

Located on the third floor of the twelve-story 99 Monroe building, extensive planning and coordination were required to minimize noise and disruption to neighboring tenants. Additional challenges included completing the project during the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining a safe job site while meeting the demands of the schedule and budget.

O‑A‑K has overseen 26 individual tenant build-outs within this high-rise building at 99 Monroe, including the initial transformation project in 2013.
