This renovation project included complete demolition of existing storefront, new metal-panel and glass facade, reconfigured and upgraded showroom and office areas, remodeled bathrooms and adjacent sitework.
Construction challenges included phasing the project so the Borgman Ford team could remain fully operational within the facility. Crews worked between three coordinated phases, completing the project within a 7-month schedule.
