Demolition and renovation of existing first floor radio studios. The new sound-proof studios with high-end finishes included acoustical panels, flooring, ceilings, doors, sound-proof window systems, lighting fixtures and A/C renovation. Complete floor to ceiling renovation of second floor bathrooms with custom-built sinks, specialty fixtures, glass wall tiling and LED backlit mirrors.

The parking lot expansion included new detention areas and dumpster enclosure. Front entry landscaping renovation included significant walkway, landscaping, trellises and bollards/light fixtures as well as changes to the lobby interior, new guest parking spots and building renovations at the main entry.
